From the straightforward task of installing new hardware and connections to the full project management of one or a series of complex changes, we have the skills and experience to manage implementations.
On large scale changes, we will appoint a named director with complete authority and accountability to not only assure delivery but enable swift project decision-making to work alongside you, facing into your organisation.
From design, through implementation and into support, our approach assures that all aspects are investigated, detailed and planned including a full risk assessment.
Implementations are supported by the named director for up to six months after ‘go live’ to ensure the ongoing service has bedded in successfully and to undertake any required ‘snagging’.
From planning through to execution of the actual migrations we were always comfortable with how it was being handled and felt in safe hands throughout the entire project
