Spencer Windibank, Director of Customer Services

As Director of Customer Services at TFM Networks, Spencer is responsible for the entire company’s customer base. Working closely with all departments within the company, he ensures all clients receive an exceptional level of service.

Having joined TFM Networks in 1999 as an Account Manager, Spencer has built up a wide knowledge in both voice and data network services as well LAN and WAN technologies, putting him in a perfect position for the long-awaited convergence to happen.

His wide-ranging experience at TFM Networks has enabled him to create order and simplicity within core business functions, significantly enhancing the customer’s experience, and supporting continued company growth. Spencer has also completed ITIL framework qualifications in order to support company developments and future expansion.

Recently married, Spencer has an interest in cars of all ages, golf whenever possible and sailing with his newly extended family.
